Hi, I am Eva.

Based in Amsterdam, I’ve been working as an Engagement Manager & Innovation Ecosystem Builder in Tech.

I’m an ‘expert generalist’ and I specialise in ‘all things startups’ (up to unicorn stage), corporate innovation, community engagement, tech ecosystem building, partnerships & deals, business development, international communications, corporate-startup collaboration, PR, events, and promotional campaigns for award-winning organisations.

I’ve also been exploring ‘all things facilitation’: how to lead any group anywhere, with techniques, frameworks and mindsets on how to design engaging meetings, lead hybrid teams and host interactive workshops or events – online, offline & hybrid.

Having lived and worked in 5 countries, I actively engage with the innovation community internationally, advocating the importance of knowledge-exchange, collaboration, diversity and inclusion. I have a soft spot for helping women in tech in particular (Women Who Tech Advisor, Impulse4Women Ambassador) alongside SDG Goal 5: ‘Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls’.

When not busy working, mentoring (100+) startups and young professionals, organising or speaking/judging at large tech events (Web Summit Lisbon, TNW Conference, Wolves Summit, Hanoi Innovation Summit, Amsterdam Capital Week, Startup Extreme Norway, VivaTech Paris, TOA Berlin, MWC/4YFN Barcelona, Sevan Startup Summit Armenia, Slush Helsinki, PHX, #hackthecrisis, Digital Procurement Conf, SheNFT Conf), I enjoy exploring the world (80+ countries), practicing (10) languages, global affairs, writing, design, aerial yoga, and cinema.

My side hustle ‘Freebies for Chic✬s’ is a movement to empower wo(men) to share & learn little hacks and tips on how to get access to opportunities that would typically only seem accessible to the selected-ones. At present, most of my work is done 1:1 and pro bono.

My debut book, Freebies for Chicas: Savvy Tips for Hacking the Free Economy for Savings and the Best Deals, reflects my commitment to supporting women. My other works include Pathological: The Enigma of Lies & Truth (a psychological thriller), with Flavors of Home (a cookbook) and Exclusive (a romance novel) in development.

All edited with the support of AI. It’s an exciting time to be exploring this novel technology, and I’m interested in how it can support my work, without limiting my creativity.
